We accept MasterCard, Visa and Paypal, cashier check, money order and personal checks. When payment is with a personal check we ship your order within 24 hours after your check clears. If paying by check or money order please make your payment payable to:Raven and Crone. We have to implement some rules to be fair to everyone. Due to high fuel costs the shipping charges for us are very high. At Raven and Crone, we do not want to have to raise the shipping prices. Shipping Rates are up to $49.99 is $ 8.25 over $50.00 is $ 9.25. Shipping will be calculated when checking out. Also any address changes made directly to UPS for delivery please call us because UPS bills us $ 8.00 for address changes and we will have to pass that cost onto you. Our returns are accepted only with RA (Return Authorization) number, which you will receive from us and must be written on the returning package otherwise return packages will be refused. You must attain this number within 7 days of your delivery. Once item is received, we will refund you in full for the items cost, shipping not included. Please note: There are no returns on body jewelry (earrings) or consumable goods such as oils, herbs etc. for any reason. When you buy body jewelry or consumable goods here be assured they are new and safe from prior use. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise Raven and Crone will replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition as a result of a packaging or shipping. Backorders, well we try not to have these but if we do you will receive notice. If there is a bounced check or if a credit card charge is disputed there will be a $ 25.00 fee from our Online Wiccan Store.
