I am new to raven and crone and didn't know what to expect. I buy frequently from amazon because of convenience and price. I didn't expect so many great items from R&C. This Bayberry Tree Bark is of exceptional quality. It arrived fresh and in good condition; it hadn't crumbled at the bottom of the bag. There was a sticker for identification and a list of the more common uses for the herb. Not to mention the order I placed arrived about 24 hours after I placed it: now that i have some experience with comparison, I'm a newly devoted customer and will buy from R&C from now on.
