Maligano Jasper is the name given to a recently discovered brecciated Jasper variety that was found in Indonesia around 2011-2012. The name comes from the small village it was found in on the island of Sulawesi which is part of the four Greater Sunda Islands. It contains multiple different colors of Jasper such as blue, red, orange, yellow, grey and beige with veins of a greyish-silver Agate that has filled the cavities.

Maligano Jasper stone has the metaphysical qualities of enhancing organizational abilities, relaxation, and a sense of wholeness. It is occasionally used to assist when dowsing. It aligns the chakras and balances the yin-yang, physical, and emotional. It is a stone of protection, and is used in particular for protection during astral travel.
