We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express and PayPal, cashiers check, money order and personal checks. When payment is with a personal check we ship your order within 24 hours after your check clears. If paying by check or money order please make your payment payable to: Raven and Crone. We have to implement some rules to be fair to everyone. Due to high fuel costs the shipping charges for us are very high. At Raven and Crone, we do not want to have to raise the shipping prices. Shipping Rates within the CONTINENTAL USA ONLY are up to $49.99 is $ 8.25 over $50.00 is $ 9.25 unless we are offering a special on free shipping. Shipping will be calculated when checking out. Also any address changes made directly to UPS for delivery please call us because UPS and USPS charges us $ 8.00 for address changes and we will have to pass that cost onto you. Our returns are accepted only with RA - Return Authorization number, which you will receive from us and must be written on the returning package otherwise return packages will be refused. You must attain this number within 7 days of your delivery. Once item is received, we will refund you in full for the items cost, shipping not included. Please note: There are no returns on body jewelry such as earrings or consumable goods such as oils, herbs, soaps, bath salts, spell mixes and incense for any reason. When you buy body jewelry or consumable goods here be assured they are new and safe from prior use. If you receive damaged or incorrect merchandise Raven and Crone will replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition as a result of a packaging or shipping. Back orders, well we try not to have these but if we do you will receive notice. If there is a bounced check or if a credit card charge is disputed there will be a $25.00 fee from our Online Pagan Store. When a package is shipped by the US Post Office and they leave you a notice that the package has to be picked up, they give 14 days to pick up that package. If the package is not picked up within that time it will be returned to Raven and Crone. We will gladly ship it back to you but the reshipping fee is at your expense. We only ship to the USA and Canada. Canada orders will have to email us the order. You can place the items in your cart and then copy and paste the order into an email. We will then calculate the order total and shipping fees and you will receive a PayPal bill for the order. We will only hold the order for 24 hours after the PayPal bill has been sent.
