Lavender Bath Bomb

Things You'll Need:

Citric acid
Baking soda
Dried lavender
Lavender essential oil
Food coloring
Almond oil
Molds
Waxed paper
Airtight container

Step 1.
Stir together 1/2 cup of citric acid, 1 and 1/4 cup of baking soda and 1/4 cup of dried lavender. It may help to powder your dried lavender with a mortar and pestle before beginning.

Step 2.
Add 15 drops of lavender essential oil and 2 tsp. of water to the mixture. You can add about 5 drops of food coloring to brighten the presentation.

Step 3.
Drizzle almond oil slowly into the mixture, stirring constantly. Add the oil slowly, using between 2 and 6 tbsp. You have added enough oil once the mixture holds together in a ball without crumbling.

Step 4.
Pack the bath bomb mixture firmly into lightly oiled molds. Once the mixture has set for a minute or two, tap your bath bombs onto a sheet of waxed paper and allow them to dry thoroughly. Once dry, store your finished lavender bath bombs in an airtight container.

Moon Bath Salts

1 cup salt
10 drops sandalwood oil
10 drops lotus oil
1/8 tsp. powdered orris root

Mix together well and use 1/2 cup per bath.

1/4 cup Honey
Few Dabs Florida water or other perfume
1-1/2 cups of water

Blend all ingredients in a blender. Combine this in a gallon jug and fill with warm water. Stand in shower and dump mixture all over, then just towel off. Its an invigorating herbal wash that is great after ritual or when you feel slightly off kilter.
